Kal Suurkask’s ability to develop brands through communications and marketing strategies is backed by more than 15 years of experience. He has worked as a communications advisor to the Prime Minister of Canada, developing strategies and carefully crafted messages for the world stage. His numerous clients have included large international entertainment powerhouses, billion-dollar energy supply companies, and fledgling social media start-ups, among others. Kal is an award-winning public speaker and thought leader. He's been invited to speak at conferences around the world and has been interviewed in international publications on the topics of sales and communications. Kal’s professional experience is complemented by a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Western Ontario. In 2011/2012 Kal was selected as one of 16 emerging leaders for the prestigious Action Canada fellowship.
Elevation’s strategic communications specialist is award-winning journalist and author Adrian Brijbassi, a former editor at New York Newsday, the Toronto Star and the Vancouver Sun. Adrian is a digital media expert who has spoken at numerous conferences on how brands can adapt their content to engage contemporary audiences. He has helped tourism and hospitality businesses increase their reach and revenue through quality content and strategic digital media strategies. He holds a journalism degree from Ryerson University and an MFA degree from Southampton College.

Herman Chor has 15 years experience in building and managing startups. He has designed, developed and deployed key Internet applications for a variety of industries, achieving rapid revenue growth in very short periods of time on small seed investments. He was also the first full-time employee of a biotechnology company that eventually went public on the NASDAQ. Herman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia.
