She is an exceptionally talented photographer in Vancouver but was only in her second year of business and also new to the area, having relocated from New York. Great credentials and extraordinary work won her some clients immediately but to make her business visible to her market she had to boost traffic to her website. She came to us.
Elevation got to work on an Internet marketing plan. First, we determined her budget. Then we looked at the essentials that she needed. By creating her blog, we were able to guide her in writing articles that positioned her as an authoritative voice in her industry. Articles included how to hire a photographer and best places to photograph weddings in her market. We then disseminated her original content through the web by posting them in directories, forums and portals. We also re-edited some of the copy to fit the guidelines of high-profile online magazines, which quickly published her work and labeled her as an "expert author".
